OPTICAL DEPTH MEASUREMENT MICROMETER

Closed Looped Water Filtration Systems
The water filtration system(s) are designed for use in conjunction with the Pre-rinse station of a Post Emulsified FPI system, or for the final wash station for a Water Wash FPI system. The systems can be closed loop or cleaned to drain. The closed loop filtration systems allow you to clean and recycle the effluent water from the wash stations of an FPI system to significantly reduce water consumption and water wastes.
Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI)
KaMac NDT provides a wide range of manufacturing MPI systems such as: Multidirectional units; Horizontal Wet Beds including long beds for shafts; Pneumatically controlled inspection hoods; Semi and fully automated systems; AC Demagnetizers, intermittent and continuous; Instrumentation and Process Control; Portable Power Packs; and MPI Accessories.
Fluorescent Penetrant Inspection (FPI) Systems
One of KaMac NDT specialties is to provide a wide range of manufacturing FPI systems such as: Water Wash and/or Post Emulsified; Manual, Semi-automated, Automated; Electrostatic Spray and/or Immersion Application; Custom designed to meet customers’ needs and requirements. We provide expert assistance from the beginning concept all the way to the final installation. We can provide you with a system design specification if desired, and we work alongside you and our manufacturer throughout the entire procurement process.
KaMac NDT provides a variety of portable and fixed UV-A lighting from handheld UV-A LED lamps, UV-A Flashlights, Micro Discharge and Mercury Arc lamps, to Overhead UV-A lamps that will meet all Customer and Military requirements, including ASTM requirements. Before a UV-A lamp is sold, KaMac NDT works with the Customer to understand their specific Quality requirements, to determine the appropriate UV-A lamp for their specific applications and requirements.

FPI + MPI
KaMac NDT provides all FPI and MPI materials such as: Cleaning materials; Fluorescent and Visible Dye penetrants; Emulsifiers; Wet and Dry Developers; Magnetic Particles and Carriers; Aerosol products for penetrant, developers and cleaners; and Portable FPI Kits.
TAM/FPI TEST PANELS
The Hoffman PT panel is an TAM/FPI Test Panel used for the daily system check per the requirements of ASTM E 1417. It is certified to meet the requirements of Pratt & Whitney’s TAM 146040 drawing, and is listed on the drawing as an approved manufacturer, along with KaMac NDT as an approved distributor of the panel. The panel can be ordered with or without photos of the five indications. Each individual panel is serialized and comes with its own unique certificate, documenting the specific sizes of the five indications to comply with the minimum/maximum flaw sizes shown on the TAM 146040 drawing.

The 8400K Optical Micrometer is a portable inspection microscope with non-contact depth measuring capabilities. It was designed with an emphasis on cross platform versatility, reliability, and portability. The Optical Micrometer can quickly and accurately measure the depth of scratches, fractures, cracks, crazing, corrosion pits, scribe lines, and any other flaws on crucial components.
Our clean lines or part washers are custom designed to meet the customer’s part capacity, part sizes, and customer’s specific quality requirements. Clean lines can be manual, semi or fully automated.
We work directly with the customer and the manufacturer to custom design the etch line according to the Customer’s specific Quality requirements and type of Etch to be employed such as Grain Size, Anodic, Surface Temper, Chemical Etch, etc.
